How can patients have their say in the practice?
Southlea Group Practice has recently set up a Patients Participation Group. This Group provides guidance and feedback on practice-based services and focuses on the perceived needs of patients. The Group has upto 15 members including a GP and the Practice Manager and meets approximately every 2 months at Southlea Surgery in the evenings.
