Health Visitor Team:
Health Visitors are primarily involved in the promotion of good health,
health education, advice and support, prevention and detection of ill health.
They advise on matters relating to family and child health, child development,
undertake parentcraft teaching and health education work with the elderly.

District Nurses:
Community nurses assess patients in their own homes and provide a range of care,
including skilled nursing care, advice and teaching for both patients and their families.
Community Midwives:
If you are newly pregnant, please ask the receptionist for a
pregnancy questionnaire.
The Community Midwives from Frimley Park and Royal Surrey Hospitals will guide you through your pregnancy.
